The SportsMavericks.com has been created to bridge the gap between parents and athletes while trying to balance the pursuit of academic excellence and sports participation. The TV Show is design to entertain, educate and motivate parents to participate fully in the academic and athletic process of their athlete. Our talk is straightforward, spontaneous and unscripted by experts. Our celebrity guests and hosts will add the spice and color to the show’s original content.
Our Mission is to present a dynamic talk show that asks the hard questions about student athletes and gets the right answers directly from the professionals in sports.
We look forward to the development of an award-winning Emmy Show that will set very high standards for sports talk shows.
Our Goal is to produce a 30-60 minute self-help, self-empowering talk show that helps the parent and student-athlete navigate the challenges of intercollegiate sports and/or educate them on the proper process to use if they are considering a professional career or wish to enter the professional sports early.
Our Vision is to create a process that levels the potential playing field from sport to sport and division to division among elite athletes in their giving sport. In addition, we hope to create an alignment between sports and education to achieve excellence.
Our Belief is that many elite athletes are overlooked because they are misinformed and guided improperly in their careers. We believe that the guidepost and accountability lies with the parents to be armed with the right information to help the elite athlete make informed decisions the first time. |
